By clicking the relevant button to purchase products listed on this site (“Products”), you are offering to purchase such Products on the terms set out on this page. We, IASUS Concepts Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”), reserve the right to accept or reject any order at any time prior to shipment.
Any acceptance of your order is made when we send you an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. We are not responsible for your non receipt of that confirmation due to an incorrect or invalid email address, and in the event of any dispute as to whether confirmation was sent, our records shall be treated as accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order where the confirmation email cannot be delivered.
1. Title and Risk of Loss
Title to any Product passes to you once payment is received in full.
Risk of loss or damage during transit is governed by our Shipping Policy, which outlines carrier responsibilities, insurance options, delivery disputes, and procedures for reporting damage or missing items. For international shipments, risk of loss may transfer at different points depending on the carrier and destination country’s import procedures.
2. Delivery Time
We make every commercially reasonable effort to deliver Products within the timeframes stated on this site. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and supply chain disruptions.
Delivery for warranty replacement items typically takes a minimum of 6 weeks; see our Warranty Policy for details.
A delay in delivery, on its own, is not a breach of these terms provided we have made commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your order.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other import charges may apply to international orders. Where these charges are not prepaid at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the destination country’s customs authority upon delivery.
See our Shipping Policy for further detail, including current U.S. import fee notices and country specific customs guidance.
Failure to pay required import charges may result in the package being returned, destroyed, or held by customs. We are not responsible for such outcomes.
4. Order and Quantity Limits
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any Product available for purchase, including after an order has been confirmed, for reasons such as:
- Fraud prevention
- Inventory error
- Pricing error
- Unusual or suspicious purchasing patterns
- Distributor or reseller restrictions
If we need to reduce the quantity on a confirmed order, we will notify you by email and give you the option to:
- Accept the revised quantity
- Cancel the affected portion of your order for a full refund of that portion
- Cancel the entire order for a full refund
5. Pricing, Errors & Corrections
All prices displayed on the IASUS Concepts online store are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or other charges imposed by their bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution. The amount charged to your account in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your financial institution or payment provider.
We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur.
If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Correct the error
- Offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price
We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.
6. Right to Cancel (EU, EEA, and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Product, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, contact us at Contact Us within the 14 day period.
If your order has not yet shipped:
We will cancel the order and issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
If your order has already shipped:
You must either:
- Refuse delivery of the package, or
- Accept delivery and return the Product to us within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost, following the Return Policy
The Product must be returned unused and, where applicable, with hygiene seals/labels intact. Due to the hygienic nature of certain Products (including in ear, on skin, and mounted audio components), this right does not apply once hygiene seals have been broken or the item has been used, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the earlier of:
- The date we receive the returned Product, or
- The date you provide proof of return shipment
We may withhold the refund until one of these conditions is met.
This right operates in addition to – and does not replace – our standard Return Policy.
7. Returns
All returns, including for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non defective items, are governed by our Return Policy. That policy outlines:
- Eligibility requirements
- Return shipping procedures
- Inspection processes
- Refund timelines
- Non returnable items
- Hygiene related restrictions
8. Product Availability
Product availability may vary based on inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Product without prior notice.
If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer:
- A revised delivery estimate
- A comparable alternative (where applicable)
- A full refund
9. Fraud Prevention
We may use automated and manual fraud screening measures. Orders may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled if:
- Payment information cannot be verified
- The billing and shipping addresses do not match
- The order appears suspicious or high risk
- Multiple failed payment attempts occur
We may request additional verification information before processing an order.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- The purchase, sale, cancellation, or variation of an order
- The use or misuse of any Product
- Delivery delays
- Customs issues

Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the purchase price of that Product (excluding shipping and handling costs).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and quality, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded — including statutory consumer guarantees that may apply in your jurisdiction regardless of this disclaimer.
Product performance may vary depending on usage, environmental conditions, and compatibility with third party equipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their intended use.
12. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IASUS Concepts Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
