Shipping Info & Policy


Shipping and handling charges will be assessed to each order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.


Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the cleared payment. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time because of differing local postal service operations. Shipping estimates can be seen at the checkout from the time of your order.

We will inform you of the shipment tracking number once it has been issued.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your selected shipping method and weight.


We accept payments via PayPal.

When you make a payment using PayPal, the money will first be taken from your PayPal Account balance. If there are not enough funds in your account balance to cover the full amount of your payment, you may complete the payment via PayPal Buyer Credit, Instant Transfer or eCheck (if you have confirmed a bank account), or by using your credit card. If you are paying using eCheck, we reserve the right to withhold shipment until the payment is processed. This may take up to 4 days. Should your bank decline PayPal’s request, there may be an additional 7 business days of processing time. Unless your credit card has been verified, PayPal will allow for limit of $350 on credit card payments. The verification process takes 2 days.

We ship only to CONFIRMED PayPal account addresses.


We also accept payment Visa and Mastercard. For credit card payments, we will only ship to verified billing addresses.


We are not responsible for items damaged or seized by customs officials. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping.



You may return defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to return a product, please fill out and submit our RMA form. Once we approve your RMA form, our customer service department will issue you an RMA number, at which time you may send the product back to us. Please securely pack the item in its original packaging (including the user manual, packing list, and other documentation) and write the RMA number on the outside of the package. When returning items, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. IASUS Concepts is not responsible for returned items lost, damaged, or seized during shipment.

Once your returned item has been received, our technicians will conduct a full analysis to determine its refundability. This process may take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Undamaged, non-defective returns will be refunded are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Incorrect orders will be replaced and all shipping charges borne by IASUS Concepts.
  • If determined to be defective, the item will be either refunded in full or replaced AT THE DISCRETION OF IASUS Concepts, with all shipping charges to be borne by IASUS Concepts.
  • Items determined to have been damaged or modified by the user are not eligible for refund or replacement. Shipping charges in this case are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Products that have been determined to have undergone significant use or wear are not eligible for refund or replacement. Shipping charges in this case are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that additional fees will be assessed for any accessory or component missing from the box.


IASUS Concepts reserves the right to cancel any order placed if there was a typographical error regarding pricing or availability on the website at time of purchase. IASUS Concepts reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Products, prices, and packaging may be subject to change without notice.

IASUS Concepts is not responsible for products seized or damaged by customs officials. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their local import restrictions and regulations.

  • IASUS Concepts is not responsible for the loss, damage, late delivery, or mishandling of items by postal services.
  • IASUS Concepts is not responsible for customs and duties charges.

Failed Delivery/ Returned to Sender/ Abandoned Packages

If there are any returns due to shipping issues such as wrong shipping address and/or phone number, consignee did not pick up, refusal of the package, absent upon all delivery attempts, refusal to clear customs fees and taxes, abandoned packages and etc, we will not reimburse the incurrent cost of return which would include return shipping and possible taxes, duties, custom charges, etc… Should a customer need us to reship a package that was returned, then they would need to pay for all incurrent costs of the return, plus the shipping and handling to resend the product.
