- If the old phone is unavailable, log into your Zello account on a computer at https://my.zello.com/personal/account-sign-in/, change your password, then log into the account on your new phone and pair the PTT.

Yes, but the app that was last used will take priority:
- If Zello is active in the foreground, pressing the PTT will transmit in Zello.
